Hello, I was thirty nine and doing relief work in New Orleans after the hurricanes, when I fainted. I was rushed to a hospital where my heart stopped again for 14 seconds in my sleep. Nurses rushed in and woke me. The next day they put a pacemaker in. I had an abscessed tooth this whole time and when I returned home to Augusta I had it removed. The nurse there told my abou Sick Sinus Syndrome. I guess I'm wondering could the absess really have caused this? Could emotional stress have played a part? Where can I get more answers since my own doctors don't know? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
